DXON is a research, consultancy and solution engineering firm with the main objective is to promote the technology transfer of innovative solutions to industry and society and to ensure the advancement of critical systems/sectors at the national and international level.

It has expertise in research of the monitoring, control, diagnosis and security issues and applying advanced models, algorithms, analytics, applied mathematics/statistics, artificial intelligence, operations research, and programming methods for complex and large-scale systems/processes such as energy, water, process industry, and autonomous vehicles.

CS2AC (Research Center for Supervision, Safety, and Automatic Control) provides its expertise in the development of advanced algorithms for the automatic control and supervision of complex systems. Through its research in process automation, energy optimization, and industrial safety, the CS2AC contributes to improving the efficiency and reliability of automated systems in sectors such as energy, industry, and transport. CS2AC offers development, consulting and training services related to the world of advanced control and monitoring systems design applied to a wide variety of processes. 

The Specific Research Center (CER)  Monitoring, Safety and Automatic Control  (CS2AC-UPC) is a multidisciplinary group of professors from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), Barcelona Tech, Advanced Control Systems Research Group (SAC), and researchers of the Higher Council for Scientific Research of the Institute of Robotics & Industrial Informatics (IRI), Tech. Transfer, dedicated to the wider world of automatic control and monitoring systems. 

Aiming to transform research knowledge into solutions to improve the quality of life of the society, UPC is a member of a large network of industry and society from the universities, and research and technological centers, and organizations.

The enhanced modules/solutions and application tools for operation, monitoring, control, diagnosis, and protection can be applied to specified complex and large-scale systems.
